Location: 3 sites in Iowa
Rate: hourly
Expenses: Flights, Hotel, Rental Car
License: Must have active IA license or active IMLC/LOQ
Certifications: For larger site ABEM required. Other 2 sites accept BCFM, client will review those BCIM with ER experience as well. ACLS, PALS, ATLS needed for those BCFM.
Schedule/Shifts Open: Feb-June, 5-10 shifts monthly. Great chance of ongoing need.
Volume: 36k, 17k 9k.
Shift Hours: 7a-7a smaller facility, 7a-7p, 7p-7a medium location and larger hospital 7a-7p, 7p-7a, 12p-12a. APP support at larger volume and medium size, Lower volume has single MD/DO
