The Grande Ronde Hospital, located in beautiful Northeast Oregon, is looking to add an Emergency Medicine physician to their staff. This provider would join a team of 3 full time physicians, 3 part-time physicians, 1 nurse practitioner and 1 PA in their Level 4 Trauma Center. Candidates who enjoy the outdoors, small town living and rural healthcare will find GRH to be an ideal location. GRH recently opened a new 92,000 square foot facility connected to their existing hospital that is home to new OR’s and Surgical floor.

Compensation and Benefits:
Very competitive total compensation opportunity (405k+) which includes:
o Quality incentives up to $50,000
o RVU bonus based on annual threshold (our providers are on pace to achieve the threshold)
Commencement bonus of $30,000
$8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription

Professional Details:
Level IV Trauma Center
71 – 24-hour shifts per year (.81 FTE)
o Roughly six 24-hour shifts per month
o Nurse practitioner/Physician Assistant support during peak hours (10a-10p)
Approximately 34-38 patients per 24-hour shift
About 13,000 visits annually
