Emergency Medicine Locum Position for Critical Access Hospital Coverage is needed in Perryville, MO - $300 Hourly

Schedule : March 24, 2025 - Ongoing

Current Need :

• Day and Night Shifts Available - 7a-7p, 7p-7a
• 12-15 Shifts per month needed

Submission Requirements :

• MUST Have in Hand a Clean malpractice and NPDB Report Printed Within the Last 6 months is a MUST: REQUIRED
• Will accept FM Board Certified: REQUIRED
• ACTIVE MO license ONLY (Due to expedited credentialing): REQUIRED
• AHA Certifications: ATLS, PALS: REQUIRED

Position Details:

• What back ups are available? None
• Type of cases….emergent, acute care, MVA, stroke, chest pain, cardiac arrest…typical of what you would see for a community of 10K residents.
• Intubations required: yes, occasional chest tubes, paracentesis, etc.
• This is a 7 bed hospital emergency room in a CAH that sees approximately 8K visits per year.
• Will Facility Accept Multiple Providers? Yes
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Does Provider require hospital/surgery center privileges?: Yes
• Admissions Required? No
• Are temporary privileges available?: Yes
• Is Hospital Stroke Certified? No
• No Patients Per Shift: 15-30
• Beds In Department: 7
• EMR: Epic
• Anesthesia: Yes
