**Position Details**
- Practice Setting: Onsite only (no telehealth)
- Shifts: 9 or 10 hours
- Call: None
- Patients Per Day: 80 total (1.8 patients/hour for physicians)
- Staff Support: APP 12 hours/day, full ED support (nursing, tech, radiology, lab)
- EHR: Cerner
**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or IM/FM with 2+ years of recent ED experience
- Active Michigan license (IMLC not accepted)
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Clean background for quick credentialing
- Local providers only
**Skill Requirements**
- Adult and Pediatric Outpatient care
- Newborn resuscitation
- Orthopedic (non-displaced fractures)
- Suturing of minor lacerations
- Incision and drainage
- Psychiatric (uncomplicated adult, child/adolescent, geriatric)
- Management of acute volume/BP issues
- Ventilation management (up to 24 hours without pulmonary consultation)
- Procedures: Central Line, Arterial Line, EKG Interpretation, Arthrocentesis, Lumbar puncture, Paracentesis
