    3. DEA: Yes
    4. Board Certification: NCCPA, AANPCB, ANA, USMLE, COMLEX-USA
    5. Life Supports: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
    6. Covid/Flu Vaccination: Yes, otherwise need exemption forms

    7. Responsibilities:
    8. Shift Length: 24 hour shifts, 8a-8p, can extend to 48 or 72 based on need or provider comfort
    9. Patient Volume: 8-10 daily
    10. Electronic Medical Records (EMR): CSPI
    11. Trauma Level: V
