REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• Proficiency in general emergency medicine procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active state license required
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, and BLS required for FM; ATLS can be expired for EM-boarded providers with prior proof
• Experience:
- Emergency Medicine residency trained or Family Medicine residency with ED experience (census >10,000/year within the last 2 years)
- Completion of an ACGME or AOA approved postgraduate training program in FM or EM
• Other Qualifications: Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide emergency medical care to patients of all demographics
• Float across the CHRISTUS St. Michael system between 4 sites as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
• Attend hospital orientation and remote EMR training
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures

ADDITIONAL NOTES
• Onboarding Requirements:
- 4-hour remote EMR training (offered primarily on Mondays)
- Hospital orientation with shadow shift
