To meet increasing patient demand, this community-focused NFP system will launch a state-of-the-art 12-bed Free-Standing Emergency Department.
Providers will rotate between the hospital's ED and the FSED, or work exclusively at the FSED. Level III Trauma Center- Over 50,000 annual ER visits. Low Transfer Rate: ~2% - Admission Rate: ~25%.. Candidates should be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (EM).. Closed ICU with intensivist support, surgicalist coverage, and a robust network of specialists. K-1/1099 model that offers higher earning potential, immediate access to full equity partnership from day one, and the ability to share directly in the group's profits. Competitive hourly pay, profit-sharing, and 401k with a cash balance plan..
