Shift/Coverage Needed:

• Double shifts 10-10p provider will not be solo

Submission Requirements: ***All requirements must be met for submission.***

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• Active IL license ONLY - REQUIRED (will not accept IMLC candidates)
• Clean background, no malpractice - REQUIRED
• 1 Year experience: REQUIRED
• Certifications: Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS), DEA, ACLS, BLS - REQUIRED

• Providers Typical Day: Normal physician procedures in the ED
• Will Candidate Work Solo?: No
• Days to Privilege: 60
• # of Beds: 80
