  • 5th location: 6a-3p, 8a-5p, 11a-9p, 2p-11p, 4p-1a, 9p-6a, 11p-7a

Clinical Details

• Annual Volume: 15k - 48k
• Patients per day: 35-140
• % EMS: 10-28%
• Admitted Patients: 18-30%
• Trauma Level: 2-4
• APP supervision required
• ED Beds & Fast Track Beds: 10-30, 0-5
• Hospital Beds: 20-204
• Run codes on floor at all but one location

Requirements

• Minimum # of shifts acceptable: 2-3 days if local and no travel, 3-4+ days if not local and traveling in for shifts
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency completion - ABEM
  • will accept Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Pediatric Medicine (PM) for ED with proof of 7000+ ED activity
  • ABPS is not accepted
  • Board certified physicians don’t need life support certs
• Must complete an ACGME accredited program
• Active OK License
• Vaccination requirements: TB/PPD, Flu, HepB, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Covid
