Details: I am looking for a provider who meets the following criteria:
- Must have an active DEA & License (only list the license number, not an IMLC letter number).
- Must have BLS, ACLS, PALS & NRP certifications. ATLS is not required.
- Provider must be 90+ miles from the facility.
- Available for the following shifts: 7a-7p (every day)
- 10a-10p (Mondays only)
- 1p-9p (Tues-Sun)
- 7p-7a (every day)
