Job Responsibilities

Patient Assessment: Quickly and accurately evaluating patients' conditions and determining the
necessary course of action.
 Emergency Treatment: Administering treatments for a wide range of medical conditions,
including trauma, cardiac issues, and acute illnesses.
 Stabilization: Stabilizing patients with life-threatening conditions and preparing them for
transfer if necessary.
 Diagnostic Testing: Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as X-rays, CT scans, and
blood tests to aid in diagnosis.
 Collaboration: Working with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, specialists, surgeons and
support staff, to provide comprehensive patient care.
 Communication: Clearly and effectively communicating with patients, families, and other
healthcare professionals.
 Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed and accurate medical records for all patients.
 Education and Training: Staying current with medical advancements and participating in
ongoing education and training programs.
Requirements:
 Licensing: State medical license and board certification in Emergency Medicine.
 Skills: Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a
fast-paced, high-stress environment.
 Experience: Experience in providing emergency medical care.
