- Contract: Perm 1099 - FT (12 shifts/month)
- Rate: $325/hr
- Location: Near Fort Myers, Florida
- Annual Volume: 26,000
- Coverage:
- Physician: 7a-7p and 7p-7a
- Support: 13-22 hours per day of APP coverage
- Call: N/A
- EMR System: EPIC
- Certification: Board Certified in EM, IM, or FM with minimum 2 years of recent ER experience
- License: Active Florida upon presentation
- Life Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS
