Requirements:

• Must have PALS
• ATLS
• ACLS
• ABEM preferred
• FM/IM with extensive ED experience including Trauma (at least 3 years with a minimum of 250 case logs in the last calendar year prior work in level II trauma center or academic center)
• Required to be boarded
• Active ND license or IMLC required – license preferred
