VISTA's Permanent Placement Division is representing a prestigious medical system seeking an experienced ICU Medical Director to join a dynamic team of critical care providers in the Capitol District of Albany, New York. Benefits of this full-time, permanent position include:

*Lead a team of dedicated of critical care providers at two tertiary medical centers in proximity
* Alcoate 0.4 FTE to administrative duties and provide 0.6 to direct critical care
* Responsible for workflow implementation, quality metric determination, handling of inquiries and quality care reviews
* Closed ICU model at both facilities
