Compensation – Negotiable

Requirements –

• IM/FM with ED experience - Required
  MN license active - Required - Will accept IMLC license
  ACLS, PALS & ATLS or CALS with Trauma component certification - Required. Need either ATLS or CALS w/ Trauma - site does not require both just one or the other.
  Availability for Dec - ongoing (how many shifts per month) at time of name clear - Required
  Clean Background/malpractice - Required

Schedule –

• Dates of service: 10-12 shifts per month ongoing for either days or nights
  Schedule: Both days and nights (12-hours shifts)
  Dates of Coverage: starting January - **10-12 shifts per month**

Duties

• Average number of admissions per day? 1-2

  -Certification (ACLS, BLS, ATLS, PALS). What is required? ACLS, PALS & ATLS or CALS with Trauma component certification

  -ER Volume? 10,000 Annually

  -Any call? No

  -EMR? Meditech

  -Support Staff: 2 RNs and a CNA

  Reason for coverage: PT ER physician retiring at end of December and another FT ER physician leaving for private practice beginning of December
