Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian Emergency Medicine Physician at the Hopi Health Center (Indian Health Services) in Polacca, AZ

Job Description:

  • 6 month contract plus
  • December 29-January 3 (day shifts), and more throughout the next several months.
  • Average is 500 patients/month = ~ 16 patients/24h shift; average ESI is 3-4

Job Requirements:

The Position will have the following requirements:

  • Any active state license
  • Recent and relevant ED experience
  • Completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education or American Osteopathic Association-accredited post graduate training program in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
  • Shall possess ABMS, AOA, or NBPAS in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine combined
  • Current BLS, PALS, ACLS and ATLS
  • NRP certification is highly recommended
