Position Details

• Work at both Level 3 and Level 4 Trauma centers
• Flexible scheduling hours with 120hrs per month
• Work 1440 clinical hours per year
• Various clinical shifts in two locations
• The group shares evening and weekend shifts equally- 3 evenings per month
• Nocturnist option available
• APP collaboration

Financials

• W2 Employed Position
• Base Salary: $390K
• Earning Potential range: $460K-$550K+
• Signing Bonus: $60K
• Resident Stipend: $24K
• Student Loan Forgiveness: $100K over 5 years
• CME: $5K
• 6 weeks of PTO
• Incentives- up to $300K Total patient into the group pool (4 Tier Earnings)
