- Shifts: 7a-7p, 7p-7a
- App shifts: 9a-9p, 5p-5a
- ED Beds: 21
- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing: approximately 30 days

- Active Ohio license
- Clean background and no malpractice required for credentialing
