• Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital
• Support services:
  • 12hr ED NP Coverage 1000-2200
  • 24/7 services: Lab in house, PBX, Respiratory in house, On-call availability of radiology including CT, MRI and US, Admin on call, Security in house, Hospitalist coverage 12 hours in house, 12 hours on-call telehealth, Tele-Intensivist coverage
• ER Beds: 10
• Patients seen per day: 30-40
• 10k annual volume per year
• Patient Population: All ages

Requirements

• Not accepting new grads
  • Might take a new grad NP that was a RN with good experience
• Must have experience and be able to work independently
• Active OR License and DEA
• ABEM Board Certification
  • If not ABEM board certified, PALS, ACLS, and ATLS are required
• Covid-19 vaccination
  • Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

Support Staff

• Minimum 2 RNs on staff at all times
• MD is covering 6a-6p so provider will be alone from 6p-10p
