**Emergency Medicine Physician opening in OR**
**Located in Coquille, 17m to Coos Bay**
**Full Time Position**
Group is looking for Emergency Department Physician.
Our facility is a growing and progressive, 25-bed Critical Access Hospital and a co-located medical clinic facility in a southwestern Oregon coastal valley, just 20 minutes from the Pacific Ocean.
The hospital offers a rather full scope of community hospital services for its size including acute care, a well-equipped 24-hour 7-bed emergency room, medical and surgical services, state-of-the-art medical imaging and laboratory facilities, respiratory care, physical therapy, Swing Bed services, skilled care programs, and outpatient day surgery.
Hospital is located in a medically underserved area, is a public employer, and a not-for-profit organization, as such we participate in and qualify for many different student loan forgiveness programs. Hospital has staff available to assist with loan forgiveness applications.

ED Docs provide emergency coverage house wide for rapid response, codes, etc. until attending arrives.

Goal is to have a staff of 5 EM trained, Board Certified physicians.
3 currently 2 positions to fill
12 hour shifts 12 to 13 shifts per month
FAST exam capable.

Level 4 trauma designation

**Compensation Details**
o Physician shall be compensated in the following manner:
§ $200.00 per hour
§ $225.00 per hour for any shift worked in excess of 13 shifts in any given month. Physician must clock in under the activity code ED DR 14+ Shift in Kronos to receive the pay.
§ CME stipend of $3,000.00 annually
· Tuition, lodging, transportation, licensing/DEA fees
· Health insurance
§ 403b
· 1.5% employer contribution
· Up to 6% matching contribution
§ Up to $20,000 relocation available
§ $15,000 commencement of employment incentive
· Structured as a forgivable loan (24 Months)
