  • Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($405k+), including: - Quality incentives up to $50,000 - RVU bonus based on annual threshold (providers are on pace to achieve this)

Position Details Level IV Trauma Center 71 24-hour shifts per year (0.81 FTE) - Approximately six 24-hour shifts per month - Nurse practitioner support during peak hours (10 am10 pm) Patient volume: 34-38 patients per 24-hour shift - Annual visits: Approximately 12,000-13,000 Zero travel nurses during the pandemic Full-time, permanent position Utilizes Epic EMR Community Details Nestled in the eastern foothills of the Blue Mountains, surrounded by the Eagle Caps, Wallowa, and Elkhorn mountain ranges, this Pacific Northwest community offers: Above-average school system (as rated by GreatSchools.org) A variety of outdoor activities, including: - Biking, hiking, alpine lakes, skiing, rock climbing, water sports, hunting, fishing, and bird watching - Mt.
