- The Houston Methodist Emergency Care Center in Sienna Plantation is a 9,600-square-foot facility that includes 10 private treatment rooms and on-site emergency care services which include X-ray, CT, ultrasound, and laboratory services
- For conditions requiring hospital admission or further evaluation, patients have direct, expedited admission to Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital
- The Houston Methodist Emergency Care Center in Sienna Plantation is located between the Sienna Plantation and Riverstone communities
