Emergency Medicine - Physician
Emergency Department
- ED Volume: 35,000
- ED Beds: 35 beds
- ED Admission Rate: 17%
- EMR: Meditech expanse
- 24-hour radiology reads (in-house until 5 p.m./ VRAD overnight)
- 24-hour ultrasound availability
- MRI easily obtained before 9 p.m./on-call overnight
- No lab/radiology discrepancy responsibility
- 24-hour teleneurology consultation for stroke and routine consults
- 24-hour emergency psych social worker-no calls for psychiatry admissions
- Inpatient adult/adolescent psychiatry
- Robust case management coverage until 10 p.m.
- 24-hour hospitalist/pediatric hospitalist coverage
- Combined critical care USACS program working closely with emergency department

Salary
- Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $160/hour to $250/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock.
