Join our team of emergency medicine professionals providing critical care in coastal Alabama.

Schedule:

• 12-hour night shifts only
• Minimum of 8-10 shifts per month
• Ongoing assignment for 6+ months
• Target Start date: December 2, 2024

Practice Setting:

• Inpatient environment
• All ages patient care
• 21 beds in the department
• 18-22 patients per day
• 17% admission rate with 28,000 annual visits

Cases and Procedures:

• General emergency medicine
• Must handle high acuity cases
• Expect to see 2 patients per hour

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine within 5 years
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Licensed in Alabama or hold an Interstate Medical License
• 24 months of experience required

Credentialing Requirements:

• Estimated timeframe: 60-90 days
• Must be ready to start without licensing delays
