PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY
McLaren Bay Region is recruiting an Emergency Medicine Medical Director for Bay City, Michigan. McLaren Bay Region Emergency Department consists of 35 Beds, primary - level 3 stroke center and an easy commute from Flint, Grand Blanc, Clarkston and the Saginaw areas. Annual volume averages 47,000 visits and PA/NP coverage. This opportunity:

Qualified candidates will be board certified/board eligible in Emergency Medicine. Family Medicine Board Certified trained providers will be considered with greater than 2 years of EM experience. Ten years of previous and progressively more responsible work related experience.

Job Responsibilities

•    Provides administrative oversight that includes clinical quality, peer review, process improvement and compliance
•    Works in collaboration with senior leadership
•    Serves as Mentor to new clinical staff and providers to the department
•    Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a well respected, winning team

Working Hours

9 and 10 hour shifts
