Certifications required: BC/BE if ABEM (NIHSS is required)

Work Schedule: 6a-3p, 8a-5p, 11a-8p, 1p-10p, 4p-1a, 2p-11p, 10p-7a
Call Schedule: No Call
Inpatient or Outpatient: Emergency Room
Avg # of pts per physician per day: 15-18/day
Staffing Mix: Physicians, APP support 24/7
EMR: EPIC
Procedures: Breast Cyst Aspiration, Central Venous pressure catheterization, Endotracheal intubation (20 cases for past 24 months), Lumbar Puncture, Nasal Hemostatic Packing-Placement of Anterior & Posterior, Paracentesis, Suprapubic Bladder Aspiration, Thoracentesis & moderate sedation.
Subspecialty support: We have all specialty support. The only cases we would transfer out would be burns, complicated pediatric cases, and SOME hand
