Locum Tenens - Emergency Medicine (Nights Only) - Arkansas
Assignment Details:
Location: Bentonville AR, Springdale AR, Siloam Springs AR, Fayetteville AR
Coverage Dates: Starting August 31, 2024 - Ongoing
Schedule: Nights only, 7 PM - 7 AM
Rate: $275/hour
Practice Setting:
Emergency Department (ED)
Level 4 Trauma Center
Requirements:
Board Certification: Minimum Board Certification Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine (REQUIRED)
Licensure: Active Arkansas license (REQUIRED)
Certifications: ACLS, PALS, NRP (required if not ABEM); ATLS required for ABIM or ABFM with 2500 hours of ED experience; ABEM providers need to have taken ATLS once
Experience: Minimum 2500 hours of ED experience for non-ABEM certified providers
Additional Information:
Patient Volume: 15-25 patients per shift

EMR System: Cerner (all locations except Siloam Springs, which uses Medhost: EDIS ER)
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
Cross Credentialing: Available across all listed Northwest Health facilities
No Overtime Rate: Any time outside regular hours will be billed at the regular rate
On-Call: N/A
Weekend Description: N/A

Providers must have active DEA & state license at the time of submission.
Providers must be at least 90+ miles away from the facility.
Newborn deliveries are received in the ED, and there is an L&D department onsite.
Comments must acknowledge reading "Other Details" in bid submission for review.
Candidates must complete all credentialing documentation as directed by the onboarding coordinator.
