• Oversee the operations of the ED in collaboration with the ED Medical Director, nursing leadership and hospital administration
• Participate in Quality Assurance for the department
• Represent the ED in the community and within the hospital medical staff
• Associate Director leadership stipend of $34,200/year
• Position will also have EMS Director responsibility with an additional 9,000/year stipend

Salary

• Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $165/hour to $235/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock. Associate Director leadership stipend of $34,200/year and additional EMS Director stipend of $9,000.year.
