Independent, physician-led and owned, democratic group, looking for part-time
and full-time, BE/BC Emergency Medicine physicians to join our group.
- We staff 5 emergency departments in Mendocino, Lake, and Napa Counties:
. We serve mostly rural communities and our sites tend to be high acuity. We care for a diverse, underserved, rural patient population, some traveling several hours to reach an emergency department. Our group is mission-driven
with strong ties to the local community.
- Cerner (Epic in a couple years)
-8-12 hour shifts depending on site with one site with 24 hour shifts.
Compensation is competitive:
- Signing bonus for FT: 25K
- Hourly pay is $230 - $290/hrdependingon the site
PLUS Approx $50/hr in benefits for FT employees/partners
PLUS Major holiday incentive pay

- Stable contract. We have a great relationship with our hospital system. Our physicians are leaders within the hospital and are represented on almost every hospital committee.
