Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity in Cambridge, Ohio

We are seeking Board Certified Emergency Medicine or EM-experienced Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physicians to help us provide exceptional care to our community.

Our facility offers a supportive, physician-led environment with robust administrative support. With a yearly volume of 27,000 emergency department visits, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact while working in a modern 16-bed emergency department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients.
• Collaborate with a physician-led organization to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain patient records using Meditech EMR.
• Participate in 12-hour shifts with 24/7 physician coverage.
• Work closely with a team of advanced practice providers (APPs) for comprehensive care.
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with facility protocols.
• Engage with community health initiatives as part of your role.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with Emergency Medicine experience.
• A minimum of 12 months/2,000 hours of applicable emergency medicine work experience.
• Active Ohio medical license (in hand or in process).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with a wide range of emergency procedures.
• Proof of COVID vaccination status.

Licensure and Certification Requirements:

• Valid and active Ohio medical license.
• Board Certification in Emergency Medicine or applicable Family/Internal Medicine.
• Clean malpractice record.
• Proof of COVID vaccination.
