Schedule

• 7 days a week, 8-24 hours shifts
• Shift times (depends on facility): 6a-2p, 11a-9p, 2p-11p 9p-6a, 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a, 10a-8p, 7a-7p, 7p-7a, 8:30a-8:30p, 8:30p-8:30a

Clinical Details

• Patient population/age: All Ages
• Provider must be at Clinic during infusion(s)
• Some facilities are critical access hospitals
• 14-44 beds/rooms in ED with 0-4 trauma bays
• 200-360 bed hospitals
• Level II Trauma Center
• Run codes, stroke alerts and rapid response for med surg
• Average census: 10-15 patients – low acuity
• Approximately 10k-12k annual visits
• Glidescope and bedside ultrasound in the ED

Requirements

• Board Certified ABEM
• Active PA License
  • will consider licensing if provider has IMLC
• DEA, BLS
• Minimum experience required: 1 year
• Charting Experience: Cerner
• Must provide a minimum of 5 shifts per month

Support Staff

• Single or Multiple physician(s) and APPs on shift
• Some facilities have back up med surg and ICU on night shifts with intubations, central lines and chest tubes
