Job Summary:

HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital is searching for Part-Time Emergency Medicine Physicians to become part of our HCA Florida West Fort Meyers free-standing emergency room opening 11/1/2024.

Qualified Candidates:
  • Qualified candidates must be board certified or board eligible in emergency medicine through the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) or American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine (AOBEM).
  • Internal Medicine and Family Medicine board certified providers with extensive EM experience now being considered.

  • 24-hour Physician Coverage
  • Seasonal APP coverage
  • 13,500 Annual Patient Visits
  • Separate Pediatric Waiting Area, Triage and Dedicated Bay
  • State-of-the-Art Imaging, including CT, Ultrasound and Radiology
  • Meditech P-doc EMR & M-Modal Dictation
  • Fully Integrated with Fawcett Memorial Hospital
  • Patients needing to be admitted to an inpatient bed will be transported to the main campus with seamless care handoff to our Excellent Intensivists, Hospitalists, & Specialists
