Coverage Needed:

• December 2024 - Ongoing
• 6-12 months
• Must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends
• Shifts: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am

Clinical Information:

• Preference is for locum providers to be open to working at main hospital as well as affiliated FSER's
• Number of beds: 12
• Census: Less than 30/day
• Daily admissions: Fewer than 10 per day
• Support staff: 2-3 RNs, radiology tech
• ED patients, limited scheduled return follow ups
• On-site

Required:

• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Current Flu Vaccine
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
• Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
• Board Certified in one of the following:
  • American Board of Emergency Medicine
  • American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
• Active TN License
• Required Procedures: All ED procedures including sedation, intubation, central lines, etc.
• Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered “Local”, and will not be eligible for this role
