Hospital is looking for an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician starting in March 2024. Looking for a minimum of 7-10 shifts a month consistently for at least the next 3-4 months. Credentialing is 45-60 days.
Dates needed:
June 22 7p-7a urgent need
June 23 7a-7p urgent need
July 4, 5, 6, 9 7p-7a urgent need
July 24 7a-7p urgent need
August 16, 17, 18, 23 7p-7a urgent need
August 25 7a-7p urgent need
EMR-MediTech
Annual Volume- 24,500-25,500
Physician shifts- 7a-7p, 7p-7a
APP shifts- 9a-9p, 11a-11p, 2p-2a
Number of beds- 17
Transfer %- 4.94%
- 16-20k Annual Volume
- 12 hour shifts for providers.
- 45 days credentialing timeline
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
- MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM (can be double boarded ABPS) - REQUIRED
- MUST have 2+ recent experience REQUIRED
- EM boarded physicians need NRP REQUIRED
- Other boarded physicians need ACLS, ATLS, BLS, NRP and PALS REQUIRED
- APPs need ACLS, BLS, NRP and PALS REQUIRED
- Ohio License REQUIRED
- Covid Vaccination REQUIRED
