Requirements:

• Board Certified/ Board Eligible -REQUIRED highly prefer BC
• Must have minimum 2 years recent experience in EM – REQUIRED
• Malpractice must be included in rates – REQUIRED no exceptions
• VA License – REQUIRED not accepting
• COVID Vaccination- REQUIRED
• BLS/ACLS – Current at time of submission
• Clean background no malpractice – REQUIRED no exceptions
• Must submit full presentation with rates and availability at time of name clear – REQUIRED
