• Monday to Friday: 7A-6PM, 11-10PM, 8PM- 7AM
• Saturday/Sunday: 7AM-7PM, 7PM-7AM

Clinical Information:

• Number of beds: 180, 28 Bed ER
• Census: 130
• Daily admissions: 40
• Patient population: Mixed but more Adults, Cardiac Strokes, less Pediatrics/Ob/ gyn
• Types of cases/Acuity: High, Cardiac, Neuro cases , Orthopedics
• Support staff: APP Support (Mon -Sun: 9AM-9PM, 1PM-1AM), Paramedics , phlebotomy sepsis team , stroke team, Respiratory therapist, IR team, Neuro Surgery, Cardiovascular CT surgery, Neurology, Gen surgery, GI, Vascular surgery, Orthopedics, Nephrology, Cardiology STEMI
• How follow up cases will be handled: Sign out or Admit
• Comprehensive Stroke Center
• Teleneuro Robot for Strokes

Required:

• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Current Flu Vaccine
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
  • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
• Board Certified in one of the following:
  • American Board of Emergency Medicine
  • American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
• Active FL License
• Required Procedures: EM Core Procedures and moderate sedation
• Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered “Local”, and will not be eligible for this role
