• January 1, 2025 - ongoing
• Must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends
• Minimum # of Shifts/Month: 6

Clinical Information:

• Volume of 21,000
• ED/Fast Track Bed Count: 20 beds
• 24 hours physician coverage
• APP Coverage Model: 8 hours/day M-F
• EMR: Expanse
• ED Patient Per Hr:1.5
• Specialty Back Up: OB Gyn Surg, Anesthesia, Bariatica/Ortho Surgery

Required:

• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Current Flu Vaccine
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
  • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
• Board Certified in one of the following:
  • American Board of Emergency Medicine
  • American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
• Active FL License
• Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered “Local”, and will not be eligible for this role
