I am the Regional Medical Director for Sound’s emergency medicine practice at AdventHealth Rollins Brook in Lampasas, Texas. I welcome interest from physicians coming out of training or desiring a career change. Practice
  • We are a critical access hospital with a 5-bed emergency department, seeing over 9,000 visits annually.
  • We are looking for board-certified/eligible emergency or family medicine physicians with emergency medicine experience.
  • We recognize the importance of work-life balance and offer a flexible schedule. We are always there to support each other when covering shifts. Our shifts are 7 am-7 pm and 7 pm-7 am.
  • We are an employed practice with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, long—and short-term disability insurance, a 401k with match, paid medical malpractice and tail coverage, and an annual CME allowance.

Lampasas is a small town on the northeastern edge of the Texas Hill Country. Sometimes called the hidden gem of the Hill Country, although small, it provides no shortage of fun, entertainment, and excitement! Lampasas is home to the oldest spring-fed pools in Texas. It offers many opportunities to go fishing, swimming, hiking, kayaking, bike riding, rock climbing, and doing anything else outdoors.
