**ABEM required for this location.**
ED with combined EM/UC at a tertiary level II hospital.
Need 2 FTE coverage (1 FTE= 11 shifts/month)
Variable shifts: 6a-6p and 6p-6a 7 days/week with double coverage shifts M-F 10a-10p and Sat-Sun 11a-10p. The locum will typically be scheduled for a 12 hour shift.
APC: There is at least one APC in urgent care from 730a-12a there are several overlapping shifts.
***Marshfield requires that the provider must utilize a "real time" Mobile Time Clock, preferably GPS.****
Note the first day will be dedicated to orientation and would be on a Monday if that works out with scheduling/availability.
