- Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified and Trauma level 4, is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. Coverage dates are November 21-30 days or nights can be flexible with either shift. December 12,13,14, 17, 18, 19 nights (7pm-7am), December 13,14,15,16 days (7am-7pm), December 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 days (7am-7pm), December 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 nights (7pm-7am), December 30, 31 days (7am-7pm). There are an average of 10-20 patients per shift and 10 beds in the department.
