Locums – Pittsfield, Massachusetts, Emergency Medicine Opening Clinical Role:

- Duration: Summer 2025
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts
- No Call - EM physicians do not take call. Trauma team needs to respond in 15 minutes
- Trauma level: III
- Total Number of Beds: 38
- Annual ER Volume: 44,000
- EMR: Meditech Expanse
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 45 Days
- Admissions are performed by the hospitalist or admitting service
- APP Coverage 8am-10pm
- 12 Patients per average on 8-hour shift; perhaps 18 patients on average for 12-hour shift
- Active MA license, not accepting IMLC due to credentialing - Required
- BLS, ACLS ATLS - Required
- Board certified or board eligible (ABEM, AOBEM) - Required
- COVID vaccination - Required
