Start Month: November for clean files; December or later for more complex cases

Estimated Length of Assignment: 6-12 months or longer

Providers Needed: 12-18 shifts per month

Shift Times:

• Physician Shifts: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM, 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• NPPA Shifts: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Certification Requirements:

• Accepted: ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM (with required life support certifications)
• For FNP: ANCC, AANP, or other BCs
• Must maintain board certifications

Facility Details:

• Trauma Level Designation: Level IV
• EMR System: Meditech Expanse

Licensing and Credentialing:

• State License: Active state license required; application can start without it, but cannot attend meetings or get temporary privileges without the license and DEA.
• Privileging Timeframe: 60-90 days after submission
• Expedited Locum Privileges: Temp privileges can be granted after provider completes orientation on the 1st Tuesday of the month during credentials meeting.
