• Critical access hospital with a 7-bed emergency department
• Over 11,000 annual visits
• Level IV trauma designation
• Seeking board-certified/eligible emergency medicine physicians or internal/family medicine physicians with emergency medicine experience
• 24-hour shifts daily, starting at 7:30 AM
• Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
• Team coverage for requested days off
