CHI St. Joseph's Health is looking for Physician Emergency Medicine Coverage!
Availability/Schedule Requirements:
- Schedule: Both days and nights (12-hours shifts)
- Dates of Coverage: starting ASAP - **4-6 shifts per month**

- Both days and nights (12-hours shifts)
- Average number of admissions per day 1-2
- Certification (ACLS, BLS, ATLS, PALS).ACLS, PALS & ATLS or CALS with Trauma component certification
- ER Volume 10,000 Annually
- No Call
- EMR Meditech
- Support Staff: 2 RNs and a CNA
Job Responsibilities
Qualifications
Site will review General Surgery with EM Experience
IM/FM with ED experience - REQUIRED
MN license active - REQUIRED - Will accept IMLC license
ACLS, PALS & ATLS or CALS with Trauma component certification - REQUIRED. Need either ATLS or CALS w/ Trauma - site does not require both just one or the other.
Availability for Dec - ongoing (how many shifts per month) at time of name clear - REQUIRED
Clean Background/malpractice - HIGHLY PREFERRED
