Seeking a dedicated and driven full-time emergency medicine (EM) physician to join our team as an assistant facility medical director (AFMD) in Clarksville, Tennessee, located less than an hour north of Nashville. Role and Responsibilities:
Support the facility medical director in overseeing the clinical operations of the emergency department
Collaborate with hospital administration to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care
Mentor and support emergency department staff
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Assist in scheduling and other administrative duties as needed
