Start Date: ASAP (Credentialing takes 120 days)

Contract Length: 6+ months

Schedule: Monday-Sunday, nights and weekends are needed the most

Work Details:

• EMR: Epic
• Patient population/age: All ages

Requirements:

• Board Certification: ABEM/AOBEM required, alternative boards not accepted
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS are all required
• State License Required: OH, TBD on whether or not the IMLC can be accepted
• DEA: Yes

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days, working to see if temporary privileges are an option
