I have a client in Beckley, WV who's seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician for locum coverage starting as soon as possible. Here are some job details.
Specialty: Emergency Medicine
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 months
Shift Details: 7a-7p, 7p-7a days and nights available- No night call
Work Details:
Facility Volume: 22,000 annual volume
Department Description: Backup: Surgery, Oncology, ICU/CCU, Geriatrics, Psych Geriatrics, Behavioral Science Adolescent/adult, Psych
Special Procedures: Moderate Sedation, Diagnostic and Treatment of Ischemic Stroke
Practice Setting: Hospital
Requirements:
Board Certification: BC/BE in EM,FP, IM. If FP/IM provider must have minimum of 300 hours ED work in the past 2 years
License Required: Active WV license
DEA: (with WV address)
Certifications Required: ACLS, ATLS & PALS *NIHSS
