- Average Volume is for 24hr period about 55-60 daily.

- 45 days credentialing timeline
- Must be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM (can be double boarded ABPS) - Required
- Must have 2+ recent experience Required

- Ohio License Required, not accepting IMLC
