We have an exciting full-time Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity located in the beautiful coastal area of Sturgeon Bay, WI! Join our talented ED team at Door County Medical Center, an award-winning, 25-bed critical access hospital continuously listed in the U.S. top 20 and part of the Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS).

Position Profile:

  • 12,000 annual volume
  • Level IV Trauma Center
  • 10 ED beds, 2 trauma bays, and 1 decontamination room
  • Daily APP coverage with 10, 11, & 12 hour shifts
  • Strong APP team provides coverage in Urgent Care & the Main ED
  • CT/US available 24/7

Urgent Care Position Profile:

  • 8 bed Urgent Care
  • Urgent Care Clinic located across the hall from the ED
  • Accessibility to hospital and lab/diagnostic facilities
  • EMR is MediTech and they utilize Dragon
  • APPs work daily from 7a-7p

Qualified Candidates:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of EM experience or Urgent Care experience as an NP/PA.
