Small Hospital Innovations is looking for Physicians and PA/ARNP’s to staff an Emergency Department at Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur, TX & St. Josephs Medical Center:
- Physician Compensation: 1099 Status with covered malpractice & tail, $280/Hr. for 12 or more shifts/month and $270/Hr. for P/T
- 23K patients per year with 27 hours per day of APP coverage
- EMR is Meditech with Dragon
- The ED is looking for full-time (12 shifts/month including 2 weekends) or part-time (6 shifts/month including 1 weekend) Physicians and ARNP/PA’s

Qualifications
2 years full time ED experience PLUS
ABEM or AOBEM or ABIM/AOBIM or ABFM/ABOFM certification/eligibility OR
1-year EM Fellowship + 1 year ED full time experience plus ABIM/AOBIM, or ABFM/ABOFM certification/eligibility.
ARNP/PA’s Must have at least 2 years of ER experience
ACLS/ATLS/PALS/BLS Required
Working Hours
Physician Shift Times: 6a-6p and 6p-6a
APP Shift Times: 9a-5p and 5a-1p on MTW & 10a-11 on TH, F, Sat, Sun
St. Josephs
Physician Shift Times: 7a-7p and 7p-7a
APP Shift Times: 8a-6p, 5p-2a
